Board of Directors and Advisors

Anthony was the CISO for Q5iD, a company with advanced identity verification solutions. He enhanced their cybersecurity frameworks and protected sensitive data. As the Director of Compliance and Incident Response at Oracle, he led initiatives to strengthen data protection and compliance measures.
As CISO for Polycom and Chief Security Architect for HP, Anthony designed and implemented comprehensive security strategies that mitigated risks, aligned security practices with business objectives, and protected assets and customer data.
Anthony has both a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA, which provide him with technical expertise and business acumen. He holds certifications as a CISSP and CCISO, demonstrating his deep knowledge in the field.
Anthony Clem's visionary leadership and relentless pursuit of excellence have driven significant advancements in cybersecurity, making a profound impact on the organizations he serves and the broader security community.

Mr. Shepherd was the former Co-chairman for Resorts under the Department of Homeland Security Commercial Facilities Sector Coordinating Council (CFSCC) and contributed to numerous Department of Homeland Security reports, plans, panels and working groups, such as the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP), Partnership for Critical Infrastructure Security (PCIS) and DHS office of Science and Technology working group on technology.
Mr. Shepherd spent 24 years in the Federal Bureau of Investigation in such positions as: SWAT Team Leader and Coordinator in domestic and foreign terrorism, kidnappings, extortions, fugitives, white collar crime, violent crimes, and organized crime. He was an Adjunct Professor at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) for six years in Criminal Investigations and Criminal Evidence courses.
For almost eight years, David served as the Executive Director of Security for The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, Las Vegas, the fourth-largest hotel casino in the world. At the Venetian, David was responsible for physical security, background investigations, terrorism, EMT coverage, technology integration, construction security, and special investigations.
Mr. Shepherd lectures throughout the United States and in numerous foreign countries. He has appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, MSNBC, CNN, History Channel, Travel Channel, Canadian Television, and interviewed for articles in the New York Time, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Reuters, and BBC, plus numerous radio talk shows.
Mr. Shepherd is a published author to include: Preventive Measures: Is your Company Ready? Are You? (2006), Active Shooter: Preparing for and Responding to a Growing Threat (2015), and What would you do to stop Active and Mass Shootings? (2022)
